Harvey has been in business for over 18 years. He founded his first business venture with Tim Rodber in 1996 which he later sold to Williams Lea in 2003. Harvey Thorneycroft Limited was founded shortly after. At the heart of each business is Harvey’s ability to look after existing and new clients. Harvey is driven by a desire to understand the strategic drivers of his clients and uses his extensive network of people, unrivaled knowledge of locations and years of event experiences to help address the issues that his clients are facing. Harvey enjoys meeting new people and ‘paying forward’ the experiences and the contacts he has gained throughout his business career.
Alice has worked in the field of Consultancy for the last fifteen years and has a real passion for event and workshop design. Alice is also an accomplished event host and facilitator. She specialises in workshops on teamwork, coaching and leadership, which she has delivered for companies such as L.E.K and Mars. Alice is constantly researching and working with new inspirational speakers and experts, connecting them with our clients and ensuring a tailored approach for all HTL events. Alice enjoys idea generation and has a natural creative edge which means her solutions to business challenges often have a memorable twist.
Jane Ward is an internal communications and events specialist. For HTL this means listening to our client’s ambitions, understanding how they want to connect with their own customers or people and then designing strategies and event solutions which will deliver these ambitions. Jane started life at BT where she managed the internal communications strategy for a division of 25,000 people. With a number of agency and consultancy roles under her belt Jane has a breadth of experience which ranges from strategic design, planning, creative commissioning and programme delivery.
After completing her BA degree of Professional Communication in Melbourne, Australia, Karleetraveled to London in search of pastures new. Karlee is a positive go-getter with an aptitude for writing and event management. At HTL, Karlee’s main focus is to deliver quality, well-managed events by applying her excellent attention to detail and effective communication skills. Since arriving at HTL, she has been integral in managing the company’s calendar of events and works closely with all clients.
Coming from an events background, having run his own music related events over the past five years, James-Earl enjoys working with a range of clients to research, organise and implement top class events. Currently on a year’s placement, James-Earl spends most of his time at HTL focusing on one key client and, having built a strong connection with their brand, is focused on marketing it to an entirely new audience.
Having completed a year’s placement at Harvey Thorneycroft Limited as the Digital Marketing and Events Intern. Emily is continuing her duties part-time whilst studying for her final year at Liverpool John Moore’s University reading Business and Public Relations. Emily relishes new opportunities and challenges and is eager to enhance HTL’s digital presence. She understands implicitly how people like to communicate and enjoys marrying this up with organisational communication methods and strengthening conversations.
